Please note that all our items are made to order and may take up to 2-3 weeks to be prepared for shipment. A sales representative will notify you if the production time will be longer for any reason.

We offer complimentary shipping worldwide through Fedex or DHL. All packages are insured at their full value to protect you merchandise. You will be notified via email with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Our jewelry is non-returnable and non-refundable as all our pieces are handcrafted and made to order. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction, thus, we ask you to contact us promptly in the unlikely event you are not happy with your order.

Ring Sizing
We provide a printable size guide or a mail delivered sizer for your convenience. Learn more here.  In the case of a sizing issue, we will be pleased to resize the ring free of charge. Please contact us for instructions. We are not responsible for shipping fees for resizing.

Ethical Sourcing
We only source conflict-free diamonds from suppliers in full compliance with the Kimberley Process.

All engagement rings are delivered with the GIA certificate for the center diamonds.
